Processing time:

Processing time is up to 2 business days, but may be subject to increase if we receive a high demand for products. Because of that we highly recommend Skip The Line. 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 3 to 7 days for United States (Shipped with USPS). Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 10 business days. Shipping times described above correspond to Priority Mail Shipping. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. If you chose the Priority Mail Shipping at the time of purchase, but it is not available at the time of sending your item, it will be sent with Standard Shipping without prior notice. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're happy to help. These shipping times are estimates of the respective Shipping Companies depending on each shipping address of the buyer, it is entirely up to the Shipping Company to meet these estimated times, and if there is a delay, it is the sole responsibility of the Shipping Company and not our, so they are "Estimated Times" and are provided by them in their entirety, TIG Products USA is not responsible for shipping delays, if your order has already passed the estimated delivery time and has not yet been delivered, you can contact us to get more information, we will be happy to communicate with the Shipping Company for you and give you the information they provide us of your shipment and why is delayed. In the event that you reach an agreement with the support team for a product return, the cost of the return (shipping) is at your expense (you must pay it). Product returns have an administration cost of 10% of the cost of the order (in the event that the product is closed and never used) if the product is used and in poor condition and / or deteriorated the cost  of Return for damaged product will be determined at the time it is received, be sure not to use the product or / or damage it to avoid additional charges.

About tracking your package:

Please note that the tracking number may take 1-2 (USA) business days days to display your order information, this is the estimated time indicated by the Shipping Company.

We remind you that if the information of the tracking number does not appear in 1-2 business days, it is due to the delay of the shipping company, and not by us. In most cases in which no information is shown in the tracking number within the 1-2 business day period, it usually only takes approximately a couple of more business days for it to display the information. When you receive a tracking number it is because the item has already been sent to your address and your package is already in the hands of the respective shipping company.
